Get ready to weave, wind, and create in this fun and tactile Peg Loom Weaving Workshop. In this hands-on session, children will not only learn the basics of weaving—but also make their very own peg loom to take home and use again and again.
Using colourful yarn and simple weaving techniques, you will be guided step-by-step to build their wooden loom before starting their creative project. They’ll then learn how to thread the loom, weave yarn in and out, and experiment with colours, textures, and patterns to create a beautiful woven mat or wall hanging.
This workshop is a wonderful way to build fine motor skills, patience, and creativity, all while enjoying a calming and engaging craft.
