At The Makery, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring that we can continue to offer high-quality workshops and classes. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Workshop & Class Cancellations
– Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of a workshop or class are eligible for a full refund within 7 days.
– No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start are not eligible for a refund, as preparations and materials will already have been arranged.

Illness or Emergencies
If you are unable to attend due to illness or an unexpected emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to offer you the opportunity to reschedule your workshop or class for another available date.

Weekly Classes
For term-based weekly classes, if you are unable to attend due to illness or an unexpected emergency, you may be able to make up the missed lesson by joining another class, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative class time.
